How can I find out why 2 recipients can't send or receive
from each other, when they are sending the email within
the same building?

I've looked at their profiles, and even reconfigured one
email account.

Thanks,
Ron

Is there any errors?

Look to see if the recipients exist in each other's contacts and maybe have
an incorrect address.

There are no error messages from either side. It's
almost like it's being sent somewhere in space.
How frustrating!!

Thanks for your help! :-)
