Need help getting public contacts to display in LDAP

Hi,

We have a public folder full of contacts in Exchange 2000. I need to be
able to expose these contacts to non-outlook users by preferably using
LDAP as an address book.

I am hoping there is a way to do this either by:

1) Exposing the Public Contacts as LDAP somehow

or

2) Replicating Public Contacts to AD as contacts so they will be part
of the GAL

or

3) Some other method that is available

Can anyone lend any advice here?
