Author OWA loading....

We are running E2K SP2 with OWA enabled. I have IE 5.5 sp2 fully patched on
my workstation. When I open OWA my Inbox is "loading...". I reverted to IE
5.01 fully patched with the same result. I then installed Netscape 6.2 and
am able to fully access OWA. Any suggestions???

The most common cause I've seen for this is:
No language is specified in the Internet Explorer language preferences.
In Internet Explorer, click Internet Options on the Tools menu.
On the General tab, click Languages.
Click Add, and then click the appropriate language.

Ya I saw that in a Technet article. I have tried adding many different
languages all with no success. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
