| We have a fairly new installation, and as of two days ago
I am no longer able to pull up properties for any user
mailboxes in System manager. All I get is a message that
the Mailbox properties are not available. Has anyone
else come across this issue?

| To change the properties of a user mailbox you should be using AD User &
Computer MMC. Not sure what you are referring too.

| You do not access Mailbox Properties from the Exchange System Manager, you
access them using Active Directory Users and Computers.
