Author Removing Newsgroups from Internet

I was running a test on my exchange server to see if I can Pull down
Newsgroups. Now I want to take them away and they won't disappear. I
deleted the feed and then each individual Newsgroup in the Newsgroup branch
but they just keep on coming back. How do I get rid of them for good?

Verify you don't have any Pull feeds still setup, and then you should be
able to go to ESM and under the NNTP server/Newsgroups, delete them. If
that isn't working, how quickly do they show back up? Right away or does it
take a while? Is it all of them showing back up or just a couple?
