Author New server with Exchange and Veritas Backup

I've had a situation where the old server fell over and died. We installed a
new server from scratch and installed Exchange Enterprise edition. After
installing Backup Exec and loading the media, the old mailboxes were
displayed in the catalogue listing. However when I tried to restore, I got
an `access denied', with the path being \\server\Microsoft Mail Box ....
I've created a user account and the e-mail account in the mail store but I
still have the same problem. I've used administrator as the account for
controlling both Veritas and Exchange. Has anyone had this issue or have a
possible solution. The solution I found on Veritas web site which seemed to
suggest an Administration issue didn't solve my problem. Any suggestions
would be appreciated.

Don't restore from brick level - do you have a backup of the full
store/directory?

Did you unmount mailbox-store first?
