Friends,...
I performed an inplace upgrade to E2k from Exchange 5.5 SP4. Everything went
well, including the conversion of 16GB priv.edb to E2k format.
Now whenever a message is sent from a milbox homed on that server, it
refuses to leave Outbox. I tried to access the same mailbox via OWA, still
same issues.
Considering that delivery of message local to a server does not go over any
connectors, why wouldn't this e-mails destined for the mailbox never leave
outbox?
To see if it was some sort of issue creeping from the upgrade, I tested
e-mail flow from mailboxes from other servers and it works.

This is a lab environment so whatever suggestions you give will be tried
out.

I'm assuming you used the Exchange 2000 Enterprise edition and not the
Standard? (std is limited to 16 Gb)

Any services stopped? Any errors/warnings in app event log?
