Slow message delivery problem

| Hi,
Could someone help me with this issue:
I have one Exchange 2000 Server installed in a DC. The
server always worked perfectly, but since one week ago,
when I send a message, local or remote, the message stays
like 15 seconds in my outbox, before it is actually out.
And when i send a message to myself, it takes 15 seconds
to leave my outbox and more 15 seconds to arrive.
It used to be instantaneously, does anyone know why it is
so slow now? When I use message tracking center to track
an email sent to myself I get this:
8/23/2002 11:37 AM SMTP Store Driver: Message Submited
from Store
8/23/2002 11:37 AM SMTP: Message Submited to Advanced
Queuing
8/23/2002 11:37 AM SMTP: Started Message Submission to
Advanced Queue
8/23/2002 11:38 AM SMTP: Message Submited to Categorizer
8/23/2002 11:38 AM SMTP: Message delivered Locally to
test@test.com
8/23/2002 11:38 AM SMTP Store Driver: Message Delivered
Locally to Store to test@test.com
Thanks a lot.

| Do you have any antivirus products installed on either your client or your
server?
Thanks
