Mailboxes cannot be moved between different sites, you
must use the migration wizard to move the mailboxes. Any
server side rules (such as "out of office"), the use will
have to be recreat. Also, if you have to move public
folders be sure to read up on public folder access in a
mixed environment. Public folders uses Windows 2000
security groups for controlling access and not DL's as
with Exchange 5.5.
