| I am having a problem with my Exchange 2K server, my
information store service unexpectedly stops. I am
getting the following in the Event Viewer:
Event Type: Error
Event Source: Service Control Manager
Event Category: None
Event ID: 7031
Description:The Microsoft Exchange Information Store
service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time
(s). The following corrective action will be taken in
60000 milliseconds: Restart the service.
We had a problem with the AC in the computer room and the
server shut down, this is when the problem started. I
found two Q articles, Q316612 and Q304166. One stating
possibility of CODE RED and the other possibility of IIS
metabase currupted. I really dont think its Code Red!
Can someone PLEASE Help.
