snap-in under xp.pro.

| You can install it however it's not a support configuration. Can't you just
terminal server in to your Exchange Server?

| This is the trick:
1) install adminpak.msi from windows 2000 server cd rom (located in i386
folder) - no matter about the error message, continue
2) install the Exchange System Manager
3) service pack the Exchange System Manager at the same level of the server
(SP3?)
4) remove the adminpak for windows 2000
5) install the adminpak for .NET RC1

pak.exe
and works!
