| Hi,
we changed the passwords of some users in a Win2000/AD/Exchange 2000 network
and now some of the users are experiencing problems in the form of repeated
logins for starting Outlook 2002. They log onto their computers and the
domain fine with the new passwords. Then, when starting Outlook they get
another message box having to reenter their password before they can use
Outlook. Needless to say, this is pretty annoying and I am getting some fire
for it...
I recreated the profiles on one machine (deleting the profiles in the
registry first, then recreating them...), but that didn't change a thing.
Next, I found Q297781, but it seems to apply only to Internet-Mail
configuration.
Then, I found Q218315, but the resolution seems to be inaccurate: (step 3)
There is no Services entry under Tools in Outlook.
Any advise or suggestion is highly appreciated, many thanks in advance!
