I would use Kalarni's books from QUE. They were the best that I used during my MCAD studying.

Hi Guys, I've put my hand up (or perhaps I should say my
neck out) to knock this one on the head within the next
month. I may only a be mere VB6 developer with
limited .NET exposure but I'm going to to give it my best
shot.
Any suggestions on the best books would be greatly
appreciated.
