You don't have to prove that you've got two years
experience. It's an indicator as to the recommended
level of experience required to pass the exams.
As for doing all the exams in three months, it depends on
the amount of time you can spare for study. I work full
time and I studying weekends and every second night or so
(while developing .NET stuff at work) and did all exams
in just under 9 months.
