| EULA of most prep software does not allow you to sell your version. Be
careful about licensing issues.

| Actually while most EULA's might prohibit it. It violates the "Fair Use"
Act.
It's supposedly a hairy thing in court. The only person that wins are the
lawyers. But technically they have no ground for a lawsuit.
Personally, I feel that all software licenses should be transferable. I am
a software developer and sure I want to protect my development, but fair is
fair. They bought their product legally, they should have the right to sell
the product legally.
Think of the millions of companies that get bought out. What should happen
to that company's licenses? Personally I feel it's a moral issue.
