| Then go MCT - it's not project lead, but it demonstrates
the ability to teach others. I would also suggest
climbing the ladder at your current company or moving to
a consulting firm where everything is project based.
(now that we're away from the boom)
It's great that you have solid dev experience - but most
companies won't hire a project manager without any prior
project management xp. - (unless maybe you have a biz
degree and dev xp.)
