| I am an MCSD in VB6 and am currently doing my .Net MCSD. I
am replying mainly in response to the guy from Africa.
Jobs are tough, but many of them require more that just
the MCSD qualification. Other than experience, jobs
require a hybrid blend of technical know-how. Eg.
VB.Net/C# and Oracle or Sybase, maybe with some Java
thrown in. If you think that a job is guaranteed just
because you have an MCSD, think again. Go out and learn
other tools to compliment your CV. I am sure that this is
true in the rest of the world.
