| Does anyone have any figures on the number of people who
chose the VB vs C# testing track for their MCSD
certification?
- Thanks

old VB's happy.

There is no such thing as an 'official .Net Language'. Microsoft give
equal coverage to C# & VB.
As far just keeping "old VB's happy", it's the trillion lines of 'old VB
code' written as a result of the success of that tool, that 'keep it going'.

| I picked C# for now because I already have the VB6 Certification taking the
C# course I think I'm very able to program in both .NET languages.
Maybe I'll do the VB.NET track at a later time.
It's always good to have more than one language on your resume, this gets
printed in numbers on your pay slip.
For as far as the discussion what language is better is concerned, the
languages are differert the power is the same.
