Why you need a degree to work in the field of computers...after all you can
get the knowledge but self study and by certifications, and prove the
knowledge by projects....i wonder why this degree stuff is asked to work in
IT field. it must be stopped and everyone should be employed on the talent!

It is hard for an employer to ascertain a persons knowledge in the space of a 30 minute
interview, and also how can they be sure the project is yours.

Sounds to me like eventually another statement will arise:
"Why you need a degree to work in the field of dentistry, or accounting...
after all you can get the knowledge by self study & certification".

Just did my first triple by-pass yesterday, after reading
"Triple by-pass in 30 days", next I plan to perform
a brain transplant. Should I use "Brain transplants for Dummies"
or "Transplanting Brains in a Nutshell, O'Reilly"?

There are some excellent 'Brain' dumps on this subject, plus
transcinders are brilliant.....

Oh also there are a number of training companies that guarantee a job
at the end of the course - only costs $85,000!!!!

Better try MCBS self paced training kit, some details are missed, but that
are the parts your assistants must know.
