The MCSD sys that you are certified by Microsoft to
develop software for there operating systems. When you
interview for a position with a company, you are
interviewing with our new advanced system of interviewing
known as Human Resources. HR is a joke. Most of the people
that are interviewing have never programmed a day in there
life. This is why they say employers dont recognize it.
You are not interviewing with a programmer usually and
even the heads of companies dont keep up on technology. In
my book... If you want to be a programmer at a hardware
level an MCSD will do no good. If you want to develop rad
software for a business environment go and get it. From
what I see the business application end of things is more
needed.
