I think it's a lot like 70-100, though it's entirely case studies. Last I
heard, 70-100 also had a 'traditional' multiple choice section. I have some

| These are the difference.
1. 70-100 has 10 questions outside the case (most of them are easy). 70-300
has none.
2. There are less interactive questions in 70-300. I have forgotten about
interactive questions in 70-100 now. But I found the interactive questions
in 70-300 are less complicated than most interactive questions found in
"design" exams for MCSE.
3. Some answers are ambiguous in 70-300 (hard to make decision). Especially,
the question with multiple choices to select. I think you can follow the old
70-100 trick: choose only choices which absolutely correct. You would not
get full score, but you would not get zero too.
4. Less database design in 70-300. But more integration between different
system/database.
