Any MCSD cert holders in the Twin Cities area?

I'm curious to know what salary range, generally speaking, MCSD holders in
my geographic area are receiving.

And, has the cert helped you in your career tangibly? Not just financially,
but in terms of the overal career outlook, prospects, promotions, etc....

Any thoughts and input much appreciated.
