Voucher for 70-300

| I'm MCSD since 1999. Now I passed all the exams for MCSD.NET except 70-300.
I've read awhile ago on this group that people with MCSD can get a free
voucher for taking 70-300 exam. Where and how can I get it?

I know it's apparently being run by a 3rd party, but that jsp extension
still makes me chuckle.
