Hi
Can anyone here provide with the course material which is
distributed with MCSD prep. at boot camps like
lighthouse, training net etc..I'm collecting materials to
prepare fo exams.

I think you have forgotten something... And that is copyright! If you want
to prepare for exam and need the MOC material, why not to attend a boot camp
or a course?
