Author 300 Exam - We'll know by Feb 10th in our transcripts

I just checked my transcript on the MCP Secured site and there was a note
about the 300 exam stating that those who took the beta will know the
results on their transcripts by Feb 10th (if they passed, I assume).

Sorry if this was already announced here earlier. I didn't see it.

Maybe this weekend, huh?

Maybe. The update says "Candidates who took the beta version of Exam 70-300
should be notified by February 10, 2003, about their results."

I am contractually unable to pass up any opportunity to repeat my favorite
line by Shakespeare:

"Should be! Should buzz!"
(Taming of the Shrew, Act II, Scene 1)

There's a lot of space between 'should' and 'will'.

It seems that beta exams count towards certification, is that so?

I would also think that beta exams can/will be modified before releasing the
final exam. So that means that beta exam can be more or less difficult than
the final exam. Isn't that a problem, that not everybody has got his
certification by passing exams of similar difficulty.

Just a thought.

No, the exam really can't be modified between beta and live for exactly that
reason. I rambled on a bit more here:

Like it!

Katharina

Too light for such a swain as you to catch;
And yet as heavy as my weight should be.

Petruchio

Should be! should--buzz!

Katharina

Well taken, and like a buzzard.

Katharina

Well taken, and like a buzzard.

Petruchio
========
o slow-wing'd turtle! shall a buzzard take thee?

Katharina
========
Aye, for a turtle, as he takes a buzzard.

Petruchio
========
Come, come, you wasp; i' faith, you are too angry.
