General Microsoft Cert question

| Hi,
I'm gathering the nerve to take the VB-Web Apps
certfication exam. I've seen several posts about "waiting
on results". In the past I've taken Sun & IBM
certification exams at Prometric centers and I get the
score & pass/fail info at the conclusion of the exam. Is
that not how it works for Microsoft? Or is it "test
center" dependent?
If you do have to wait for notification is it by email
or regular mail and how long do you typically wait?
Thanks,
Deanna

| You only get pass/fail for MS exams, no score.

| This is not so true. I know the Microsoft cert site says
you don't get the actual score any more, just pass/fail
but I just took mine 70-176 exam on 1/29/2003 and received
detailed score (yes with numbers and everything)
This happened at a Prometric testing center.

This is because 70-176 is an old exam. Certainly all the exams
released in the last year only show pass/fail.

| All the exams released from the second half of the last year doesn't show
the score, and some old exams are being updated to do not show it also.
Examples are: 70-228/229, 70-218, 70-215...
All the .NET exams I made (315, 316 and 320) shows only pass/fail status.
Cheers,
Paulo
