You will need to understand the features offered by the vs.net ide and
the environment it operates in. So the answer is no.
For learning the capabilities of c#, the sharp develop will certainly
be better than using notepad!

| The new version of sharpdevelop is excellent... it now includes a form
designer....
On each release it gets more like VS.net.. but its FREE....
