I had passed the 70-300 exam at 2/11,but the transcript
still not update. Has anyone's transcript been updated??

My transcript was updated before I could make it back to my office on 2/14. If it doesn't give you your MCSE or better... nothing updates for up to two weeks on the MCP Secure site.
