| Right,
I'm thinking of going for the MCSD title but need some
more information (don't just point me to the MS site
please!).
1. How long does it typically take to get the
qualification?
2. How much does it all cost?
3. Do you have to go off on training courses/days for
certain modules?
4. Do you have to go off to specific places/companies to
do the exams?
5. By doing the exams one-by-one, as it kind of suggests
on the MS site, how do you get the MCSD certificate when
you've completed all the required exams?
Thanks in advance,
Haydn

Good luck.
>1. How long does it typically take to get the

Depends on the individual and how much experience that person has. But
remember it should not be race.
>2. How much does it all cost?
Depends. At the minimum, the cost of five exams (Assuming mcsd, net and
you do not fail any).
You may find you need books, training courses, or you may only need to
brush up using the online documentation.
>3. Do you have to go off on training courses/days for
>certain modules?
No. I believe you should though (as with the Oracle masters cert).
>4. Do you have to go off to specific places/companies to
>do the exams?
Yes. Prometeric and VUE. I'm don't know if other companies do them.

Microsoft should send it through the post..
