My 71-300 shows 'pass' at VUE!

| The title says it all! My exams records at VUE just went
from 'taken' to 'pass' for 71-300.
But my MS transcript shows nothing!?
I'm too scared to breathe...

I think there were a lot of bugs in the test ( limitation of answeres to 5
in data relations)

| Hi Alan,
If you had taken a closer look, you would have seen that his "passed" Exam was not completed because of timezone problems.
So he took the Exam the next day "again" and that one was listed as failed.
So at ProMetric:
Passed means: At least you didn't fail (a complete exam)
Failed means: Too bad, we can't find a record that you passed. (Even when we know there is none yet)

| My history shows only Failed. This is what I was complaining about. It
showed Failed long time ago too. So right now I do not know what Failed
means:
* does it really mean I have failed?
* does it mean that my record is not updated yet?
If it showed Taken before and switched to Failed today I would know for sure
I failed.

| BTW: I took 70-215 Saturday and Prometric still says Pending but my
Transcript at MS was updated yesterday (Sunday).
So there is still a chance that Prometric records are not updated yet and
maybe I Passed (?)

was more then likely written by an idiot.

them today. What's the use since I they use the same database and software
as they do for their web, right?
I'll wait a few more days and see if other people who tested with Prometric
got any "Passed"

I believe there was a case some years ago (nothing to do with IT
certification), where by an examination board send out the results to
all the exam takers stating that they had passed with top marks, the
error was not spotted until months afterwards. The mistake was not
made public for years afterwards.

The question is who knows? I guess some of their employees know, the ones in
charge with updating the records. It is not mandatory that the client
service department knows already. maybe they wait to have their database
updated and then they tell everybody. The results were released by MS. How
long it is going to take prometric to do the update is a different story. MS
promised they will release the results today. They did not promise that
Prometric/VUE is going to update the records today, right?
I do not know and I do not want to call them. I prefer to wait.
