with a sample Test and an Appendix with Review Questions.

I recently passed Exam 70-016 "Designing and implementing
desktop applications with Visual C++ 6.0".

The Microsoft Mastering Series tutorial CDs are very
helpful as well (for example "Mastering MFC development").
