| I am self studying for the above exam. Does anyone know how to apply for the
exam?
Anyone know of any places in London? How much does it cost?

| I booked all my exams for my MCSD through here:
http://www.2test.com/index.jsp
They cost me about £65 + vat
You can take them at centres in most areas.... I took all my in my native
newcastle.,.

| Must be a while since you did an exam. You are now looking at 88 GBP
plus VAT to take tests with prometric.

| I'm looking at getting the c# exams in the next couple of months...
then get the mcsd.net later this year or early next...
Over a hundred pounds for the exams now!! which means there now on a par
with the sun java developer exams (costs wise)...

| There is a prometric approved training centre close to Tottenham Hale
tube -- can't remember the details right now but I'm sure google can help
you.
