can't install visual studio .net!!

I am planning to take MCSD .net. Now, I am trying to install visual
studio.net architect enterprise. but it asks me to insert the Windows
component update CD.

I read many messages in newsgroup, and people keeps saying that the
3rd CD is the window update CD, but it is not....

I am sure all of u can install it sucessfully... could anyone help me?
where can i buy or download that CD?
