Well, that, and the fact that it's not just the FBI who can retrieve
his perv pics. Any computer forensics professional can retrieve them.
The real difference is, who can use it in a court of law, and unless
you've got some pretty sick stuff on your machine, it's irrelevant.
Herr spammer should be more worried that the IT staff at his place of
employment can do the same thing that the feebs can do, and they
don't need warrants.
Then again, if you work at Burger King, I guess job security isn't
that big a deal.
