reset hotmail password with secret question

| I need to reset hotmail account using the secret question option, but the
menu options continue to direct me to the account information with cerdit
card details. I do not have this type of hotmail account so this is
irrelevant. I have sent three requests to hotmai support and had no response.
The help items have an option for accessing the secret question to reset the
password but even these menus send m back to the same account details
requesy. What is going on with hitmail? How can i reset my password with an
email message sent to an email address other than my hotmail address [which I
can;t access if I have forgotten the password?]
Help wanted.
