I had installed Windows XP Sp2 on a computer at work, once I did that I was
no longer able to get into Outlook Express or MS Outlook. It keeps asking for
a Identity Login password but there was never a password to begin with. I had
performed a system restore and things went back to normal. But SP2 was
installed again, same thing happened and now I'm not able to perform the
restore. Does anyone have a clue what happened, better yet a way to fix it?
