Hello

We have Win2000 CA installed in our local domain. What is the procedure so
that users who reguested for certificates are not automatically
getting one, until administrator approve it?
I checked on a server that is running CA in CA application under Policy
Module -> Configure there is a check box 'always issue a certificate' that
is selected, but the 'set the certification request to pending' box is
greyed out?
