microsoft.public.certification - mous certification

I have having problems with the mous program since out
computers were converted to xp. It strobes and flashes and
fades in and out. I used the compatibility wizard and no
settings helped. I also noticed that xp wasn't listed in
the windows options in the wizard. Do I need an updated
version? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
