Hello All,

I'm fairly new to the IT industry and just got A+
certified. My new employer is still in the process of
upgrading their PC's to XP. I'd like to get my MCP in
Windows XP. Does anyone have a suggestion about a good
book or any other resource? Thanks in advance for your
help.

If you want a good resource - not necessarily exam related look at Windows
XP Inside & Out. Then, you can purchase pretty much any focused test prep
information from, say:

http://www.cramsession.com
http://www.microsoft.com/learning

and still be able to really study the technology at the same time using a
book with more comprehensive information.
