Author Transcenders for 70-218? Do They Help?

Just an opinion please. I've been studying for the past three weeks
or so and just this past weekend started reviewing using the
ManageCert 5.0 from Transcender. Are they worth the bother? Are they
accurate? I've also been studying using the MCSA Readiness Review.
Any comments on those?
