The Windows Security Update CD can be ordered from here:

The CD includes Microsoft critical updates released through October 2003
(and SP4 for Windows 2000 / SP1 for Windows XP) as well as information
to help you protect your PC.

Supports Windows XP home and pro, Windows Me, Windows 2000, Windows 98, and
Windows 98 Second Edition (SE).
