My cousin's computer (running on Windows ME) starts up,
shows the desktop, and then gives this blue screen:

"An error has occured. To continue press ENTER to return
to Windows, or press ctrl+alt+del to restart your pc.

File name: VMM(12)+00004C3C
Error: OE: 0028:C0283C3C

If i press enter it freezes or pops up the same screen.
If I restart it does the same thing. I don't know what to
do, I'd appreciate some help.
