Hello Shane

It sounds to me like you have experience without
qualifications. Simple - go get certs.

210 is a great start but is only MCP. You need to look at
getting MCSA or better yet MCSE.

Also, use www.careerone.com.au to supplement looking for
work.

Also, look into www.itmasters.com.au to get an IT degree
that won't cost anything via the governments PELS scheme.
It will even pay for the MCSE while you are out of work.

This should keep you busy for awhile.
