I work for a small company which is a subsidiary of a
large corporation. I am writing a procedural document that
frequently uses the terms "Windows" (referring to the
OS), "Microsoft Outlook", "Outlook", and "Internet
Explorer." Which, if any of these terms, when used in
written documentation, must bear the little circled "R" or
the "TM" mark?

Please email me if you have a definitive answer. I will
not have time to check this board regularly. Thank you
