hi lisa
How novice??
are you looking at becoming an mcse if you have no
experience I would recommend getting a copy of 98 first or
taking an a+ course 95-98 are the same win2k and xp are
the same but different technology 2000 is much more
involved and you are better off to know some basics first
or it can become frustrating also with 95-98 you should
learn some dos alot of people don't understand dos and if
you are a network admin and have no mouse this will cause
a major problem. Well I hope that helps I don't know about
any tutorials but the collages should have something

Hey Ken

Thanks for the constructive criticism. I was in a hurry
when I wrote my response, but the last time I checked I
was a network administrator not a communications major.
But the advice itself was good!
