Author Learning how to use the Windows programs...

I am somewhat of a novice but am looking to become more
skilled with the Windows programs.

Two questions: 1) If I learn Windows 2000, can I apply
that knowledge to the other Windows programs (ie: 98, 95,
XP, etc.)? and 2) Is there some kind of online tutorial
that I can go through?

I've tried looking through the Website but keep getting
lost.

Can you help?

Thanks,
Lisa

yes for the most part what you learn on one Microsoft OS is usable on
another. Sorry I don't have a online tutorial to refer you to.
