| Just incase anyone out there uses this guys to test. they
are rip off artists. I paid for a test and had a problem
on the day of the test and call like three hours before
the exam was scheduled for and they would not credit me or
let me schedule another on then without paying again. I
fought with them for a few days and they would not change.

| They warn you in advance that without 24 hours notice there will be no
credit or reschedule of an exam so how are they rip off artists? Unless you
had a death in the family there really is no excuse for not writing the exam
as scheduled, if you failed to notify them in advance like the confirmation
email states of the need to reschedule too bad the money is gone and you
need to pay again, and just so you know Vue is the exact same way on this
policy.

| It's true but even their exams are very expensive compared to others.

| Ike,
What are you talking about the exam price is set by the company offering the
exam. You pay the same price for an exam at Vue or Prometric.

| Hello Daniel,
In Finland the price from Prometric is 265 Euros inc VAT but at Vue I'm told
it's 163 Euros inc VAT. So tell me, what are you talking about. I've
exprienced it and I can prove to you if you don't mind.

Ike,
I guess that is what you get for living so far north eh? I am surprised to
hear of such a swing in the pricing because from what I have heard from
others and seen myself the pricing is standard. Are you sure you are
comparing the same exams? I mean they do offer reduced prices for the MS IT
Academy.

| Hello again Daniel,
I'm telling you from what I've been through. I took an exams thus 70-210 at
Prometric here in Finland only to find out from VUE that the same exams
would have been 163. I've therefore shift from Prometric and registered with
VUE for the subsequent exams.

I had the exact same problem with them - however it turned out a low level customer service representative wound up booking
my test for the wrong date. A few days before I was going to take my test, I found out that I was booked the previous weekend
even though I had told him the following weekend!!!! Of course they simply told me "too bad" and I would not get a refund. I
lost $125...as I couldn't do a chargeback on my credit card as I made the mistake in paying for the test months in advance
(there's a limit of 60 or 90 days to do a chargeback).
