Pages are missing - please help

| Hi!
Recently I bought "MCSE Microsoft Windows XP Professional Readiness Review"
book by Microsoft press. After a while, I discovered that some pages are
missing (entire 5th. chapter!).
Is someone able to tell me "further reading" references on chapters and
lessons from "MCSE Training Kit: Microsoft Windows XP Professional" book for
missing chapter from "Readiness Review"?

| I am fairly certain that MSpress will send you a replacement for your
damaged book, if it was a binding mistake. Look in the rear of the book, I
think they have some verbiage about what to do incase your book has quality
control issues. Also, I have found that most book stores will exchange the
books for problems like you mentioned.

| Yes, they will, unless if you lost the receive... Since I lost receive, I
don't see how to prove that I purchased book in this book store? That's way
I'm asking for help...
