They offer free demo tests but you have to pay for full
versions (downloadable immediately or sent to you on CD).
Their online tests are priced differently depending on how
long you want to be able to access them. For A+, you may
want to look online (www.half.com or www.ebay.com) for new
or used copies of "A+ Certification Readiness Review" by
Microsoft Press (try to get the latest edition). This
includes a CD-ROM with a practice test simulator. I got
mine for like 5 bucks.
