| I certified mcp in 2000, I need to update my info with
microsoft and can't get into the mcp site due to forgotten
password. Can't enter using the help either sent a snail
mail but we live in the tech age and I need to update my
info and skills, any suggestions? the website on my card is
obsolete....and I can't seem to find an area where I can
email microsoft.
